Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with mechanical systems and helping customers? Join our team as a Field Service Technician and take your skills on the road—domestically and internationally!

*What You'll Do:* * Diagnose and repair equipment issues with minimal supervision. * Work directly with customers, engineers, and manufacturers to resolve problems. * Review service requests and respond quickly to equipment failures or start-up needs. * Collaborate with team members and agents to implement solutions. * Create sketches or drawings to support customer needs and coordinate with engineering for special designs. * Keep detailed records of service activities and submit trip reports. * Travel regularly to customer sites to supervise installations, repairs, and maintenance. * Enter service orders and ensure accurate billing for time and parts. * Support product development and assist with parts department operations as needed.

*What We're Looking For:* * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong mechanical aptitude; knowledge of electrical controls is a plus. * Ability to read blueprints and navigate CAD drawings. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software. * Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

*Physical Requirements:* * Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. * Able to work in various environments, including outdoor and industrial settings.

*Other Requirements:* * Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time, including international trips. * Flexible schedule with potential for overtime and overnight stays. * Must follow all safety protocols on job sites. * Valid U.S. passport (or ability to obtain within 45 days). * TWIC card and ability to travel internationally without restrictions, including to Canada and Mexico.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
