Field Service Specialists Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ to $ /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:00pm) Perform various tasks related to site operations, including rigging up/down equipment and tools. Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair wellheads and valves per equipment specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Collaborate with sales, production, and engineering on product installation, spare parts, and fit/function. Communicate job site issues and updates with the site leader. Prepare and submit service tickets promptly and accurately. Maintain strong safety standards, reporting all incidents, near misses, and equipment issues immediately. Advise customers on repair or replacement options for standard products. Field Service Specialists Qualifications: Must be 21 yrs of age or older. GED or High School Diploma, technical degree preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities. 3+ years of Oil and Gas, or related industry experience. 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance/technician field role. Ability to work a 21-day on 7-day off rotating schedule.
