We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Field Service Representative to support our Multi-Family and Commercial construction accounts. What You'll Do
As a Field Service Rep, you'll be the go-to resource for our clientsensuring their needs are met, their projects stay on track, and their experience with UFP is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and jobsite visits in the following areas: Raleigh, NC / Greensboro, NC / Durham, NC / Central NC
- Resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and project continuity.
- Provide valuable market insights on competitors, service trends, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements or modifications to better serve clients.
- Support Account Managers in generating new business and promoting our product lines.
- Monitor regional sales activity and contribute to strategic planning.
- Assist with project setup, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform jobsite drive-bys as needed.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support internal and external communication.
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in construction, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of UFP's products and culture is a bonus.
