Clae Goldman Team is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers through door-to-door and retail channels. Responsibilities
Generate Leads:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels. Close Sales:
Present and sell our community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers. Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Meet Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred. Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Persuasion Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets. Self-Motivation:
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Compensation
$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
