Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000 base salary + commissions Responsibilities: Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends Grow and maintain customer relationships Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) Company sales meetings Follow all company outside sales representative duties Set appointments Sales talk and objection handler mastery
Qualifications: You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
Proven track record in sales
