Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant management experience in the service industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operations environment. Availability to work 5 days per week , including various shift times. Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8+ hours daily. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and energy in all tasks. Physical ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump. Capability to push and pull materials using appropriate equipment. Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts. Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms. Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds as needed. Proficient in operating electronic devices.
