Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial).
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and clear communication.
  • Handle inbound leads and proactively generate new business.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
  • Provide accurate quotes and explain policy details in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers regularly.
  • Maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements.

Requirements
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
