Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Med-Peds Physicians Welcome - Internal Medicine/Pediatrics trained candidates will be considered
• Open to residents and practicing physicians
• Must have comfort supervising APPs as part of the care team
