Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles. Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure. Qualifications: Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligible and working toward certification). Active New York State Medical License (or willingness to obtain). DEA and ACLS certifications by start date. Clean malpractice and licensing history. Willingness to work full-time with a 4- or 5-day schedule. Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups. License and Certification Requirements: Current ACLS certification. Current DEA certification. Board Certified or Board Eligible status.
