Qualifications for Contractor s Physician(s) Licensure Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia. Physicians with any history of restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily surrendered, or denied licenses will not be considered. Board Certification Must be Board Certified Required to maintain up-to-date continuing education to retain certification. Technical Proficiency 3+ Years as a ENT Physician and can perform all duties outlined by the VAMC in Oklahoma City. Physical and Cognitive Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
