Compensation: Compensation is based on experience with a range of $235k-$250k.

Additional benefits include:-403(b) with up to a 3% match after 90 days of service, with 1000 work hours per year; and a five-year vesting schedule. -Annual benefits for CEU's including up to $2,000.00 for coursework and up to 40 hours of paid CEU time;-15 days/120 hrs. of paid time off annually accrued from date of hire; -5 days of disability reserve annually, accrued from the date of hire -7 Paid Holidays plus 2 floating holidays per year; -Florida License renewal will be reimbursed by TCCH after 90 days introductory period; -Company paid DEA renewal reimbursement after 90 days; -Annual Professional Membership renewals up to $200.00
Additional Info: TCCH is a growing and robust community health center. With 10 locations within the organization, encompassing primary care, pediatrics, BH, Dentistry, 3 pharmacies, x-ray in 3 locations, lab every location, 32K patients annually JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-The Lead Medical Provider, under the direct supervision of the ChiefMedical Officer (CMO) shall help supervise all aspects of medical patient care services, at their assigned location, provided by TCCH.-Assist the Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer, in implementing, reviewing and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning and provider scheduling-Complete peer reviews and evaluations for medical providers-Complete patient notes/administrative dutie (8 admin hours given per week)REQUIREMENTS:-Minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferred, or, having demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.-FL State license
