Family Practice Physician

A respected outpatient setting in scenic Taos, New Mexico, seeks a dedicated Family Practice Provider to join its collaborative care team. This is a full-time, weekday position offering a steady schedule, strong support staff, and a diverse patient population that includes children and seniors.

Position Details: Deliver preventative, acute, and chronic care to patients of all ages Conduct routine physical exams, screenings, and wellness checks Manage common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and other team members Provide patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate EMR documentation Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives Monday-Friday Schedule Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible MD, DO, NP, or PA Active (or eligible) New Mexico license Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred Strong communication skills and a commitment to whole-person care Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid time off and holidays Continuing education support Malpractice coverage
