We are seeking a Physician to provide dedicated care in our nursing home setting. The preferred schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM . We are also open to considering a split schedule for two providers: Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Tuesday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

On-call duties are required, but hours are negotiable.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a nursing home environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Admissions
• Discharges
• Acute Evaluations
• 30-Day Evaluations

Expected patient load is 8-12 patients per day . No procedures beyond the listed evaluations are required or anticipated.

You will be working collaboratively with other MDs and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) . There is additional support staff available. Locum providers will not be responsible for supervising APPs , though APPs may need to consult with the locum physician.

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Certifications: BLS is required.
• Experience: Preference for Geriatric experience, however, not required. We will accept experience in lieu of a Geriatrics fellowship.
