Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
Lead clinic staff by demonstrating exemplary behaviors and maintaining patient care excellence.
Conduct thorough patient history reviews and formulate accurate diagnoses.
Engage actively with clinical leadership to uphold strong patient care standards.
Complete patient charts accurately and in a timely manner, fostering confidence and credibility with all staff.
Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by supervising physicians.
Analyze patient information to develop appropriate treatment plans and provide education on care management.
Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling telehealth patient queues responsibly.
Participate in mandatory meetings and training opportunities to ensure adherence to clinical practice guidelines.
Support new employee training and integration into the clinic, promoting a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
1-2 years of relevant experience in fields such as Urgent Care, Family Medical Practice, ER, or Trauma Units preferred.
Current and active License and DEA in good standing.
Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
DOT certification required to be obtained within 120 days of employment.
