To learn more about us please visit our website at: Pay: Total annual compensation ranges from $70k to $80k based on experience and efficiency; the pay is Piece Rate (overtime available) Job Schedule: Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 6:45 am Job Summary: As an experienced new construction HVAC installer, you will perform ductwork installation as well as "boot" placement (vent boxes). You will also set indoor and outdoor equipment including air handlers and condensers. You will be responsible for venting and running copper. Job Responsibilities: Run and work a job from start to finish. Hang ductwork in attic space (prior to home build completion) according to blueprint design Install vents and grills Read blueprints to determine boot and vent locations. Operate/Maintain company vehicles daily. Record job details in company's trades software. Follow instructions from the supervisor and carry them out promptly. Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors. Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: 1-2 years of residential install experience Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Knowledge in reading blueprints Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories. Proficient in installing round and rectangular ducts. Work well with others Adhere to safety standards Lift minimum of 50lbs and tolerate repetitive motions (bending, reaching, etc.) Tolerate working in tight, elevated spaces (attics) Withstand extreme temperatures Ability to complete the job, start to finish with minimal errors Basic understanding of more complex ductwork fittings. Maintain builder and sub-contractor relations. Ability to complete all necessary paperwork. Minor carpentry and framing skills a plus Why work for us?
