Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm.
Hourly Rate: $30.54 - $31.59
Quarterly Incentive Rate up to $2.00/HR
Responsibilities
Repairing and maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment and associated electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and structural make-up Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs Maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment Updating our computerized maintenance management system (eMaint by Fluke) Maintaining supply discipline by ordering replacement parts Rebuilding/repairing pneumatic hand tools Qualifications Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment repairs. High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment. Able to operate a variety of small hand and power tools, a variety of electronic test and measurement equipment, and a variety of production machines and equipment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary. Curious mindset for trouble-shooting and problem-solving Preferred, not required: Ability to operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts is desirable. Ability to read electrical schematic/ladder logic diagrams and ability to troubleshoot electronic controlled devices Background in industrial manufacturing is a huge plus. Crossover industries accepted. Knowledge of root cause analysis/troubleshooting skills Education or working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs
