Pay Range: $26.00 to $40.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials, plus spiffs and incentives based on performance Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical insurance for the employee with buy-up options available, additional dental and vision options available, 401K with company match, paid holidays, vacation, uniforms, tool and boot account, and take-home vehicle (with valid driver's license and insurable driving record) Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating night and weekend on-call shifts What You'll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform seasonal system maintenance and tune-ups. Install new heating and cooling systems with precision and efficiency. Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices. Provide exceptional customer service and uphold our company's reputation for excellence. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience. EPA Certification is a plus Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
