Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and carry out treatments and special tests while ensuring adherence to company policy and relevant regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and identify patients' conditions. Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and responses to care. Exercise sound nursing judgment in care management decisions. Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescribed medications as directed. Collaborate seamlessly with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
