Executive/Personal Assistant to UHNW Philanthropic Family Office

Our client, a busy and prolific UHNW family, is seeking a dedicated and highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support both business and personal needs. Based primarily out of their office in Torrance, this role will also involve regular visits to their nearby private residence in Palos Verdes.
This is a unique opportunity for a service-minded professional to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting a Principal with philanthropic, travel, and personal priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and highly experienced in providing support at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Principal
Act as liaison with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
Manage complex domestic and international travel logistics, including commercial and private air arrangements
Oversee household operations, including vendor management and on-site service appointments
Run local errands and provide hands-on assistance across multiple properties
Support philanthropic initiatives and foundation-related activities
Maintain calendars, coordinate appointments, and manage follow-ups
Occasionally travel to provide personal or business support as needed
Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a similar Executive/Personal Assistant role, ideally within a UHNW household or family office
Proven ability to manage international and private travel arrangements
Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Calm, professional demeanor with the ability to navigate changing priorities
Discreet, polished, and highly responsive
Familiarity with the South Bay and Palos Verdes areas preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
Salary Range is DOE: $100,000 - $120,000
