About the Role

The Company is seeking Executive Nursing Excellence Consultants to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for working closely with the company's clients to enhance the work environments for nurses and nurse leaders, foster trust in leadership, and support nursing teams in achieving clinical excellence. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to advance the nursing profession and improve patient care and outcomes. The Consultants will be expected to use evidence-based, innovative practices, and empower nursing teams to foster a culture of shared governance that drives continuous improvement.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's and Master's degree, with at least one in nursing, and an active RN license. A minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, with a proven track record in implementing nursing excellence structures and processes, is required. Expertise in nursing excellence, shared governance, and relevant recognition programs is essential. The role also demands experience in presenting strategic business proposals, data analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Previous consulting experience is preferred. The position is remote with some travel and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and experienced team of nursing consultants.
