About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its animal welfare and sanctuary operations. Applicants must have a proven track record in non-profit leadership, with a strong ability to interface with the public at various levels. Experience in community outreach, networking, and building connections for advocacy and fundraising is essential, as is expertise in partnership building with mission-affiliated organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep compassion and passion for animal rescue and welfare, with a personal commitment to the cause. Additionally, the role requires experience in staff management, including the development of performance standards and the ability to work with a Board of Directors to maintain a governance model that supports the organization's mission and goals.
