Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to senior leadership. This is a Contract position based in Columbus, Ohio, requiring someone who excels in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and deadlines are accurately scheduled.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and process expense reports promptly and accurately.
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including presentations and agendas.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new team members.
- Order and maintain office supplies to support daily operations.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between executives and other departments. Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
- Familiarity with preparing and processing expense reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
