As we expand our leadership operations to support a growing patient and client base, we are seeking a full-time executive assistant to partner with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to advance strategic priorities and keep key initiatives on track, playing an integral part in our leadership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Chief Executive Officer's (CEO's) calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day coordination with a high degree of organization and discretion;
Prepare materials and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
Track action items, follow up on key priorities, and monitor progress on strategic initiatives;
Serve as a liaison across teams to close communication gaps and keep projects on schedule;
Participate in hiring activities , including interviewing candidates and supporting evaluation processes;
Support financial processes , such as expense tracking and budget preparation;
Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations;
Engage in special projects and operational initiatives as needed;
Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and securely.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team;
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related business discipline;
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and work independently;
High level of emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and calm under pressure;
Comfort with quickly learning new tools and systems;
Familiarity with project management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
