This is our COVENANT with our clients, employees, and partners.About the position We are seeking a highly organized, business-minded Executive Assistant with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (or a related field). This role blends high-level executive support with sales and marketing initiatives to help drive company growth and strengthen client relationships. The position is based in Laurel, MD, and includes occasional travel to client locations in the DMV area.GENERAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:Executive & Administrative SupportManage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential correspondence.Draft, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, and presentations.Monitor the CEOs email and delegate tasks as needed.Sales & Marketing SupportAssist with marketing campaigns, proposals, RFPs, and business development initiatives.Maintain client database (CRM) and track sales leads.Support website updates, social media content, and client presentations.Client RelationsAct as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and vendors.Address client service requests promptly (typically within 2448 hours).Build relationships to increase renewals, expand existing accounts, and identify new sales opportunities.Operations & Project ManagementOrganize corporate and off-site meetings, company presentations, and community events.Oversee administrative processes in HR, payroll, finance, facilities management, and procurement.Track budgets, prepare financial reports, and assist with expense approvals.Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field (required).Preferred Skills:Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities services.Familiarity with digital marketing, RFP writing, and event coordination.Experience: 3+ years in executive support, office management, or business operations.Strong business acumen with a background in sales and marketing.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.What We OfferCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Professional growth in both administrative and marketing functions.Collaborative, close-knit team culture.Opportunity to directly impact company success. recblid 5po815t9zoakvqstb2x2dtzxx2la64
