Job Description:
Essential Functions: Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc.
Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboarding.
Manage schedules for manager(s), prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Plan meetings and take minutes for meeting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TEAMS to create. presentations and communicate information.
Organize and execute employee morale events.
Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms.
Maintain required level of confidentiality.
Serve as back up support to other administrative team members.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills/Experience Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Proficient administrative/clerical skills.
Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be familiar with basic software and demonstrate willingness to learn new software
Effective verbal and written skills.
Teamwork, build professional relationships and engage with teams.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Additional Skills: Excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills.
