Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3 Location: Onsite at Building 43, Redmond, WA Duration: 9 months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval) Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, standard core hours Overtime: Allowed as needed (approx. 5 hours/week) Pay Rate Range: $25 to $32/hr Key Projects & Responsibilities Primary support for the Chief of Finance and the hiring manager, with broader support to the administrative community across the executive team. Assist with meetings, leadership initiatives, and learning sessions for admin development. Provide backup coverage for the manager and other admins as needed. Coordinate travel with the dedicated travel team (streamlined process). Track reports in Excel, including pivot table usage. Handle dynamic, fast-paced daily needs such as: Drafting broad team emails and PowerPoint presentations Booking rooms, ordering catering, and coordinating offsites Supporting other admins during absences Occasional errands such as coffee runs or lunch pickups
Candidate Requirements Experience: 5–7+ years of executive administrative support, ideally in enterprise tech Education: No degree required Disqualifiers: Exclusively receptionist backgrounds Exclusive support in highly structured industries (medical, research, banking) Preferred Background: Experience working with confidential information (e.g., HR, legal, paralegal) Prior work in fast-paced, high-visibility environments Ability to pivot priorities multiple times daily while maintaining professionalism

Required Skills Top 3 Hard Skills 5+ years executive support experience, including calendaring, travel, and team support 2+ years supporting a C-level executive (CVP, CFO, COO) 3+ years ’ experience in the enterprise tech industry
Technical Skills Intermediate Excel (including pivot tables) PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency
Key Responsibilities Provide daily operational support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Office team Manage complex calendars for executives, including cross-time-zone scheduling and balancing urgent requests Coordinate logistics (supplies, hardware, facilities requests) to ensure seamless office operations Execute special assignments and ad-hoc projects under tight deadlines Deliver consistent onsite support during core hours in a highly visible, executive-facing environment Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and simplify workflows Build strong relationships across teams, acting with professionalism, tact, and discretion Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive communications and information
