for a passionate and experienced Events Manager to lead our events team and deliver unforgettable experiences through flawless execution and heartfelt service. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage various events, including weddings, corporate seminars, and private celebrations.

Ensure smooth coordination with clients, internal departments, and external partners.

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to exceed guest expectations.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and event logistics with precision and creativity.

Uphold Shangri-La standards while tailoring each event to the unique needs of the client.

Requirements:

Solid experience in event execution, especially weddings and seminars.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication in English; Korean language is a plus.

Team-oriented, detail-driven, and guest-focused mindset.
