Responsibilities:

Interpret project plans and specifications to accurately determine the scope of work.

Conduct site visits and participate in pre-construction meetings to gather critical project information.

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all trades and materials.

Coordinate and solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Evaluate and compare subcontractor proposals to ensure comprehensive coverage of project scope.

Develop project timelines and finalize bid submissions for client review.

Review client bid documents to fully understand project expectations and deliverables.

Collaborate with project management to select and award contracts to subcontractors.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Provide value engineering suggestions and alternative solutions when beneficial or requested.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate estimating.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.

Experienced with estimating software and tools.

Job Details : Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: 90,000-110,000 annually
