Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to our industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong take-off and conceptual estimating skills and will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver accurate and timely estimates.
Responsibilities
* Perform detailed take-offs and conceptual estimates for industrial and commercial projects. * Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives. * Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate cost estimates. * Utilize estimating software to develop precise pricing and cost estimates. * Participate in bidding processes and contribute to the preparation of construction documents.
Essential Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for commercial and industrial projects. * Proficiency in take-off and conceptual estimating techniques. * Strong understanding of pricing and cost estimation methodologies. * Experience with estimating software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting, where you will collaborate with team members and utilize various technologies and software tools to perform your duties.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
