Job Description Analyze construction blueprints and specification criteria
Annotate plans to highlight distinct task areas
Draft scope of work documents for subcontractors
Execute fundamental estimating tasks, including quantity surveys, data entry, and formulation of RFIs for plan inconsistencies and scheduling concerns
Engage in subcontractor outreach and negotiations, conduct on-site and remote document reviews, manage bid documentation for specific trades
Organize, transmit, and process project-related information

The Successful Applicant 1-3+ year Estimator experience with a general contractor
Must have bachelor's degree. Preferably in construction focus, but not required.
3-5+ years of construction experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Bluebeam and PlanSwift
Must be comfortable working in a team environment
Must be comfortable working with deadlines
Must be able to manage working on several projects at the same time
