Job Description Analyze construction blueprints and specification criteria Annotate plans to highlight distinct task areas Draft scope of work documents for subcontractors Execute fundamental estimating tasks, including quantity surveys, data entry, and formulation of RFIs for plan inconsistencies and scheduling concerns Engage in subcontractor outreach and negotiations, conduct on-site and remote document reviews, manage bid documentation for specific trades Organize, transmit, and process project-related information MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 1-3+ year Estimator experience with a general contractor Must have bachelor's degree.
