A leading hospital in NYC is seeking an Epic Certified Welcome Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epics Welcome and Access Models, with a focus on designing and implementing patient-facing workflows that enhance digital engagement and streamline access to care. This role will play a key part in optimizing the patient experience through the development and support of MyChart workflows, including pre-visit, check-in, and post-visit processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Epic Welcome Certification (required). Epic MyChart Certification or significant hands-on experience (preferred). 3+ years of experience working with Epic applications in a healthcare setting. Proven experience designing and implementing MyChart workflows, including eCheck-in and patient intake processes. Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies and digital health tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
