Certified Epic Application Analyst - Cupid, Radiant, Healthy Planet, and Cadence We're hiring Certified Epic Application Analysts with deep Epic experience and certification across multiple modules: Cupid, Radiant, Healthy Planet, and Cadence. This 1099 contract position seeks professionals ready to lead configuration, optimization, and support for critical clinical and operational workflows, contributing to a high-impact healthcare transformation initiative. You'll assess workflows, build new applications, document existing and new workflows, and collaborate to resolve technical issues, helping inform build decisions based on organizational requirements and end-user partnership. Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize assigned Epic modules Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure workflow alignment during Community Connect to HOPD migration Troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and provide user support and training Develop detailed technical documentation and participate in SME discussions Contribute to workflow analysis, process improvement, and system testingEffectively manage time
Module-Specific Focus Areas: Cupid - EKG Workflow Optimization Build and support workflows for EKG ordering, performance, interpretation, and reporting Experience with HOPD implementation and Community Connect integrations Certification Required: Epic Cupid Radiant - Imaging and Radiology Lead Radiant build, system maintenance, and end-user training Support radiology-related workflow optimization and reporting Certification Required: Epic Radiant Healthy Planet - Population Health Configure workflows, templates, and reports for population health management Analyze large data sets, support full department builds (e.g., EMP/SER, flowsheets, navigators) Certifications Required: EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Healthy Planet Preferred: Experience with Compass Rose Cadence - Scheduling & Access Configure provider templates, appointment scheduling, patient work queues, and confirmation records Streamline access workflows and optimize scheduling performance Certification Required: Epic Cadence
Ideal Candidates Have: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a specific module Proven experience in large-scale Epic implementations or migrations Strong technical and analytical skills in Epic system build and configuration Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and proactively Ability to identify risk and implement risk mitigation activities Up to 10% travel
