We're seeking a driven and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Management Associate. This is a position designed to provide hands-on experience in customer engagement, internal operations, and frontline sales strategy. From day one, you'll receive hands-on support while learning how to manage customer relationships, contribute to customer outreach strategies, and handle internal business functions.
In this role, you'll start by working directly with customers and learning how to manage sales accounts, solve problems, and execute outreach campaigns. As you grow, you'll take on responsibilities such as team coordination, customer reporting, and managing key business functions alongside senior leadership. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates looking to advance into management, customer services, or sales development.
Your Role as an Entry Level Management Associate:
Support team performance by assisting in goal setting, daily execution, and customer-facing initiatives
Manage account activity, including sales service updates, customer outreach tracking, and customer communication
Contribute to sales growth by working with customers directly and identifying value-driven sales solutions
Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes, train new team members, and support company goals
Gain insight into business operations through sales data tracking, customer feedback, and campaign performance reviews
Take on increasing responsibility in leadership, territory planning, and customer relationship management
