The Role
Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA). This innovative position accelerates your early career growth at Fidelity through personalized support, skill development, and comprehensive training. As a licensed professional, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while managing inbound phone calls and assisting Fidelity's valued clients across various needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and much more!
What to Expect
As a new CRA, you will dive into the financial services industry, apply new concepts, develop essential skills, and challenge yourself to meet new goals through three major milestones:
Licensing Preparation
In your first months, you will prepare to obtain your FINRA (Registered Representative) credentials by studying for the SIEĀ®, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops. Rest assured, we support you every step of the way!
Skill Development
In the following months, you will navigate more complex customer calls while dedicating weekly time to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and broaden your professional network.
Proficiency
As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will have the opportunity to explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career development center.
