Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice in Los Angeles. The salary range for this role is between $260k to $310k.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in entertainment, sports & media, M&A and private equity is required.
Major transactional law firm experience is preferred.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Team focused with strong esire to deepen skill sets in company-side media dealmaking.
California bar is required.
Additional Information
This position will involve working on media-focused corporate and commercial transactions, which will include IP-related investments and rights deals, film and television finance, joint ventures, media-related consolidations, domestic and int'l. co-production, and license and distribution agreements.
