We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect Pre Sales Sr. Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California (US-CA), United States (US) .

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a senior SAP Pre-sales Solution Architect to join our team.
Core responsibilities include:
SAP Pre-Sales, winning large/complex deals in Projects, AS, / AMS areas.
Building GTM offerings, strategies, and solutions.
Developing customer relationships with SAP Product teams.
Driving sales opportunities from initiation to closure.
Delivering best-fit customer solutions with optimal estimations.
Providing technical and business consultative leadership during pre-sales and post-sales cycles for large enterprise ERP implementations.
Being a subject matter expert on S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP product suites, acting as a key client contact and strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Providing process expertise and solutions in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, with integration to other SAP ERP Modules.
Having hands-on expertise and experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to assist with analysis.
Collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to plan account strategies and develop content for qualification, positioning, and demonstrating SAP service offerings.
Engaging with customers in executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions, articulating the business value of SAP solutions through tailored presentations and demos.
Identifying and describing solution options, evaluating pros and cons, and making strategic recommendations.
Creating business requirements documents, process maps, high-level solution design diagrams, and scope of work for various scenarios.
Ensuring formal handoff of design and cost estimation to the Delivery Team and providing technical input to project teams.
Shaping conversations with customers through industry best practices, research, and SAP customer experiences.
Staying updated on SAP product roadmaps and trends to influence presales strategies.
Assisting in proposal development for RFIs/RFPs and driving solution expertise and messaging in responses.
Building strong business cases for cloud migration and transformation, emphasizing ROI and TCO.
Delivering customized demos, workshops, and presentations to showcase SAP's cloud portfolio.
Collaborating with SAP's technical and implementation teams for seamless transition from presales to delivery.
Monitoring market and competitive trends in SAP cloud landscape to keep strategies relevant.
Training team members on the technical aspects of service offerings and products.
Managing relationships with clients, analysts, thought leaders, and SAP.
Establishing credibility with decision makers and facilitating account transitions from pre- to post-sale.
Industry Competence:
Identifying industry-specific value propositions, drivers, trends, KPIs, ROI, and technology advancements.
Auditing client implementations for quality, value, and market requirements, and incorporating best practices.
Gathering input on future industry requirements.
Customer-specific Business Consulting:
Identifying business problems and translating them into SAP requirements.
Crafting solutions based on business requirements.
Providing consistent, open, and prompt communication regarding solutions' pros and cons.
Preparing business case definitions to support decision-making.
Position's General Duties and Tasks:
15+ years of experience in SAP presales, solution architecture, and SAP consulting, focusing on cloud products.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Deep understanding of SAP's cloud product suite, particularly S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and other cloud-based modules.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to translate technical details into business language and value-driven solutions.
Experience in industries like manufacturing or Life Sciences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable compensation range for roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $131,625 - $243,750. This reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation across all US locations. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors. The role may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
This position is eligible for benefits, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more, depending on the role.
