Engr Technical Specialist 4 Business Analyst We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in data extraction, analysis, and visualization, particularly using Excel, Workday, and Tableau. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives Extract and analyze data from Workday and other internal systems Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to manipulate and interpret data Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize performance metrics and trends Conduct data quality checks and ensure consistency across systems Support the creation of business cases and project proposals based on data-driven insights Assist in implementing process improvements and operational best practices Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise format Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar data-focused role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite Hands-on experience with Workday and Tableau for data reporting and visualization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation languages Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) Experience supporting HR functions such as recruiting, sourcing, and candidate selection
