• Emergency Department with 32,000 annual visits

• Shift times: 7a-7p, 2p-10p, 7p-7a at Montgomery; 7a-7p & 7p-7a at Christiansburg

• Facility is a Level III Trauma Center and Magnet Hospital (ANCC)

• 88 hospital beds

• 32 hours of daily physician and NP/PA coverage

• EMR: Meditech

• Must have active Virginia license and DEA at the time of submission

• ABEM/AOBEM required (BE/BC; must be certified within 7 years of completing residency)

• If not EM-boarded: ACLS, PALS, and prior ATLS training required

• Moonlighting residents accepted
