This independent Critical Access Hospital-ideally situated between Madison and Minneapolis-is seeking a dedicated physician to join its well-supported emergency department. Position Overview:
•BC Emergency Medicine, or FM/IM with ED experience.
•Only 7 24-hour shifts per month required-flex your schedule and pick up extra shifts for additional income.
•Modern ER with 24/7 access to X-ray, CT, and on-site lab in a newly renovated facility.
•Stellar support: 10 hours of APP coverage daily, plus 2 RNs and an ER Tech available around the clock.

Compensation & Benefits:
•$200+ per hour based on experience-8 shifts = $38,400 per month.
•Six-figure bonus package: sign-on, relocation, loan repayment, and $6,500 CME stipend.
