No teaching experience required. Training will be provided.
The Electronic Systems Technology Instructor will be expected to:
- Have high energy level and ability to engage students
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Learn our practice and strategies quickly
- Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback
- Mentor and help guide students of all levels achieve their best
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an electrician - low voltage
- Must hold low voltage license (T1/T2, C5/C6, or L5/L6)
- Must be familiar with fire alarms, burglar alarms, and CCTV
- Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
