This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity on 2nd shift with competitive pay and long-term potential. Job Highlights: Pay:  $20.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift only

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities: Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and detailed instructions

Layout, mount, and wire electrical components on custom control panels

Drill and tap metal backplanes as part of the panel build

Perform detailed measurements to ensure precision and proper fit

Test and inspect components for quality and functionality

Document production output, productivity, and any issues encountered

Collaborate with fellow assemblers to ensure final product meets all specs

Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition

Requirements: 3–5 years of electrical assembly experience required

Skilled in reading schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams

Ability to layout and wire custom PLC panels

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools

High school diploma or GED required

Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift

Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and communication skills

Strong understanding of quality control and testing processes
