Now, we’re looking for a skilled Electrical Conduit Technician to support our Final Assembly team with expert conduit bending, wiring, and electrical installation.

What You’ll Do
As an Electrical Conduit Technician, you’ll play a key role in our Final Assembly department—bending conduit, pulling wire, and supporting safe, high-quality electrical installations. You’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative team, often leading helpers and supporting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Bend and install conduit (Rigid, IMC, EMT) with precision and minimal supervision.
Pull and terminate wiring to various electrical devices and equipment.
Read and interpret shop drawings and electrical schematics .
Lead and support electrical helpers to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in daily task assignments.
Ensure adherence to all company safety protocols and PPE standards .
Communicate effectively with both factory floor personnel and support staff.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required ; related experience in electrical services preferred.
Proven ability to bend and install conduit and wire electrical systems in a shop environment.
Strong understanding of shop drawings, schematics, and work schedules .
Good verbal communication skills in English or Spanish (proficiency in either is required).
A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to lead, train, and develop electrical helpers as needed.
Open-minded and ready to grow with the business as opportunities arise.
Willingness to travel is a plus.
