Essential duties & responsibilities: Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by the dispatcher and/or Electrical Manager. Follow through on uncompleted calls, order parts, and communicate with the customer. Inform customers of the Company’s products and services. Communicate the 5-point safety inspection on each call. Communicate the A.S.A.P. membership with all customers. Give the customer options on repairing/replacing electrical systems. Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices. Present the A.S.A.P. and leave a flyer with the customer on all non-A.S.A.P. calls. Complete 360 evaluation on every call and upload to the account in Service Titan. After each completed job, complete and electronically submit the truck restock form to the warehouse for replenishment. Assist Field Trainer with keeping company vehicle clean, inside and out. Maintain organized vehicle truck stock to prevent loss due to damage. Keep truck dash clean and free of all items. Follow procedures in Company Vehicle Handbook for vehicle maintenance, operation, and cleanliness. Attend electrical apprenticeship classes as scheduled. Complete all assigned homework and tests from the apprentice class. Attend each scheduled and/or assigned weekly training meeting.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Skills you bring for success : High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Valid Driver’s License The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, listen, talk, lift, have manual dexterity, and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds, type, and write.
