Position Overview

Cardinal Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Copywriting Consultant to support our eCommerce operations and digital marketing team . This role focuses on creating and refining product content, ensuring consistency across platforms, and supporting conversion-driven messaging to enhance the customer ordering experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position reports to the Content Supervisor .

Key Responsibilities

Write, review, and edit marketing and technical copy for healthcare and pharmaceutical products

Develop product titles and enrich product attributes to support digital listings

Review and manage product asset approvals in alignment with content guidelines

Coordinate product image retouching as needed

Ensure all content follows brand standards and style guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and clinical partners

Respond to feedback and adjust content strategy accordingly

Identify and escalate data discrepancies for investigation

Assist with additional projects to support the content team as needed

Effectively manage multiple deliverables with overlapping timelines

Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional copywriting experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

eCommerce content experience preferred

Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus

Familiarity with agile planning and product information management (PIM) systems is advantageous

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications , or a related field (preferred)
