• Co-constructing curriculum alongside children, families, and colleagues

• Creating an environment that reflects children's ideas and voices

• Planning and leading parent-teacher conferences

• Fostering strong, respectful relationships with families

• Collaborating with teammates to build a joyful, responsive classroom culture

• Engaging in reflective practice and professional learning
• Work four 10 hour days with an hour paid break daily - 7:30 am-5:30 pm. 

• A love of young children and a deep respect for their ideas

• Prior experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting

• A high school diploma or GED (college coursework in early childhood a plus!)

• A willingness to pursue 9 credit hours in Early Childhood Education (we’ll cover the cost!)

• Enthusiasm for Reggio Emilia and/or Conscious Discipline is a bonus

• Must be 18+, with or willing to obtain MO Family Care Registry registration, TB test, and Hep A vaccine
