Within this structure, the Capital Market and Investment (CTM) department serves as the front office for market-facing treasury activities, managing cash, liquid assets, and funding operations across global hubs. CTM also leads strategic initiatives such as the IFC/WB Joint Capital Markets Program (J-CAP) and capital markets education and advisory programs that support local market development and financial resilience.CTM is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Advisor and Analyst to join the CTM team as an Extended Term Consultant (ETC). This role will serve as a subject matter expert and project lead for the implementation of the Murex platform, with a focus on back-office and accounting integration.
