Your Role as a Speech Therapist Your journey involves: Assessing, developing, and administering tailored treatment plans for patients needing speech and language rehabilitation. Recognizing issues and adjusting speech therapy treatments as required. Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and treatment responses. Celebrating patient achievements throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
