Job Description: Manage the local network of Cellairis Cell Phone Repair stores located inside of Wal-mart. Basic duties include performing employee scheduling and capacity planning, budgeting, and inventory purchasing. Drive overall sales by utilizing data and metrics to strategize with Store Managers and to set sales goals for the stores and the entire network. Hold employees accountable to those sales goals and enforce company policies and procedures. Respond to staffing needs and perform HR duties as required.
