As a Support Coach, you will help adults with disabilities in the classroom or community or production setting. You will help our adults with disabilities grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible. We have both part-time and full-time positions open!

We offer: Compensation: $17/hour + $2,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time & $750 Sign On Bonus for Part Time!

As part of our team, you will support people with disabilities in the following areas: Plan and deliver social and creative lessons and activities

Provide opportunities for independence, community integration, and inclusion

Train, coach, and assist individuals on various assembly jobs

Organize, stage and operate production line

Coach and guide our clients with disabilities to reach their goals

6+ months of experience in human services
