Title and Summary Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge services in Business & Market Intelligence, Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, and Open Banking. Our sales team focuses on thinking big and scaling fast, offering end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base including large tech companies, e-commerce, media, fintechs, BIN sponsors, processors, and program managers.
As a member of our Digital Partner & Fintech Business Development team, you will generate excitement and demand for our solutions. We value individuals with consultative sales experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort navigating complex sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
The Role As Senior Managing Consultant, you will drive growth with key customers by managing a portfolio of strategic clients, building on existing relationships, and initiating new ones to generate and qualify opportunities, promoting Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and expanded buying centers.
Network effectively to generate and qualify leads.
Uncover customer needs beyond explicit requests and craft innovative strategies.
Own the sales process from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring seamless sales cycles.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Lead pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement scope.
Support project teams in problem-solving and planning.
Create compelling presentations and communicate insights effectively.
Coach team members and foster professional growth.
Continuously seek new knowledge to contribute to organizational growth.
Qualifications Significant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data & analytics, or cybersecurity solutions.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Exceptional relationship management and networking skills.
Ability to own and drive end-to-end sales processes.
Leadership experience in managing projects or teams.
Knowledge of consumer and commercial payments market is a plus.
High energy, enthusiasm, and multitasking abilities.
Salary Range Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Purchase, Arlington, San Francisco: $164,000 - $262,000
